Through this system, pilgrims must purchase their Hajj packages directly from authorized Saudi service providers who are licensed to deliver the accommodations, transportation, flights, and on-ground services during the pilgrimage. Because of this structure, Tarteel Travel does not sell or operate Hajj packages directly. Instead, our role is to guide and support pilgrims throughout the process so they can navigate the system with clarity and confidence. Our team assists pilgrims step by step in preparing their Nusuk accounts, including helping them upload their passport information, complete the verification process, and set up their Nusuk e-wallet. We also guide pilgrims in navigating the available packages, understanding their options, and completing the purchase of their Hajj package through the platform. For many pilgrims, the Nusuk process can be complex and highly competitive due to the limited number of Hajj spots available each year. Our experience allows us to guide travelers through this process and help them prepare properly before the sales periods begin. Beyond the purchasing process, our commitment continues through preparation and education. Before departure, we organize educational sessions that help pilgrims understand the rituals of Hajj, the journey they are about to undertake, and how to prepare both spiritually and practically for this once-in-a-lifetime experience. Tarteel Travel was founded by Mohamed Abu Rayyan, who was born and raised in Makkah Al Mukarramah, the holiest city in Islam.
Growing up in the environment of the Haram, he developed a deep connection to the sacred sites of Makkah and Madinah and a lifelong commitment to serving pilgrims visiting these blessed cities.
Mohamed Abu Rayyan has been working in the Hajj and Umrah field since the year 2000, guiding and assisting pilgrims from around the world in performing their pilgrimage in an organized and spiritually meaningful manner.
He comes from a family deeply connected to the city of Makkah. His brothers, who were also born and raised there, work alongside him as trusted guides for Tarteel Travel group pilgrims, helping lead and support travelers throughout their journey.
Mohamed Abu Rayyan pursued formal Islamic education in Makkah and holds respected scholarly credentials including:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hadith and Its Sciences, Dar Al Hadith Al Khayriyyah, Makkah
• Diploma in Hadith and Tafsir, Dar Al Arqam ibn Abil Arqam
• Ijazah in Sahih Al Bukhari from Shaykh Muhammad Ali Adam Al Wallawi Al Ethyoobi
• Ijazah in the Seven Qira’at, Quran recitation styles, from Shaykh Muhammad Nabhan Misri Al Hamawi
