  • 6 days: $405

  • 7 days: $410

  • 10 days: $425

Depending on the package and your location, your international flight arrangements may be different from those of travelers departing from the United States.

Tarteel Travel can help coordinate the appropriate travel arrangements for your trip.

19. Do I have to travel from the United States to use Tarteel Travel?

No.

Tarteel Travel serves travelers outside the United States.

If you live in the UK, Europe, Australia, or New Zealand, you can apply for your Umrah visa through Tarteel Travel without traveling to the United States first.

You can travel to Saudi Arabia from your own country or another permitted departure point based on your travel arrangements.

20. Can family members with different nationalities apply together?

Yes.

Family members can apply together even if they have different passport nationalities, provided each traveler individually meets the applicable Umrah visa requirements.

Each traveler will need their own:

  • Valid national passport

  • Residency or immigration documentation

  • Photograph

  • Personal information

  • Any nationality-specific documents required

Because visa processing requirements can vary by nationality, some family members may receive their visas before others.

21. Can I book my own flights and hotels?

Yes.

You may arrange your own flights, hotels, transportation, and travel schedule while Tarteel Travel processes your Umrah visa.

You do not have to purchase a full travel package from Tarteel Travel just to obtain the visa.

Simply provide any travel information required to complete the Umrah visa process.

22. Do I need to purchase my airline ticket before applying for the Umrah visa?

You do not necessarily need to purchase your airline ticket before beginning the application.

However, confirmed travel information may be required before the visa process is completed.

Tarteel Travel will advise you when your flight information is needed.

23. Do I need to book my hotel before applying for the Umrah visa?

You do not necessarily need to have your hotel reservation completed before beginning your application.

If accommodation information is required during the visa process, Tarteel Travel will tell you what information must be provided.

You may arrange your own hotel if you are using Tarteel Travel for the Umrah visa only.

24. How long does an Umrah visa take to process?

Most complete Umrah visa applications can be processed in approximately 2 business days after all required documents and information are received.

However, processing times can vary.

Applications for certain passport nationalities, including Nigeria, Somalia, Sudan, Afghanistan, and Syria, may take longer because of quota limitations and additional processing requirements.

Travelers should apply as early as possible.

25. How long is the Umrah visa valid?

The current Umrah visa can be issued as a one-year, multiple-entry visa, subject to the validity dates and conditions printed on the issued visa.

However, there are important requirements for second and subsequent entries.

26. How long can I stay in Saudi Arabia with an Umrah visa?

The Umrah visa can permit a stay of up to 90 days per entry, subject to the conditions printed on the issued visa and current Saudi regulations.

You must leave Saudi Arabia before your authorized period of stay expires.

27. Can I return to Saudi Arabia again using the same Umrah visa?

Yes, if your visa remains valid and was issued as multiple entry, but you must complete the required process before traveling again.

Do not assume that because your Umrah visa is valid for one year and shows multiple entries, you can simply purchase another airline ticket and return.

After your first entry, you must contact Tarteel Travel before traveling again so that:

  • A new confirmed Umrah package can be created

  • The required Umrah permit can be obtained

  • The required process can be completed for the visa to be reactivated for your next trip

This process is required through the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

Traveling without completing the required process may result in refused entry, return travel, and financial loss.

28. Can I apply for an Umrah visa with a refugee travel document?

No.

Saudi Arabia does not accept refugee travel documents for the Umrah visa process.

You must have a valid national passport issued by your country of nationality.

Your UK, European, Australian, or New Zealand residency card, student visa, or work visa can prove your legal residency status, but it does not replace the national passport required for the Umrah visa.

29. What happens if there is a problem with my Umrah visa application?

Our team can review the issue and help correct problems whenever possible, including:

  • Passport information errors
