Tarteel Travel – Hajj Guidance Services

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read and agreed to the following:

1. Nusuk Hajj is the official Hajj platform overseen by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, and Hajj booking for eligible serviced countries must be done through Nusuk.
2. Tarteel Travel does not sell Hajj packages directly. Tarteel Travel only provides guidance and assistance with registration, verification, photo correction, package navigation, and purchase support through Nusuk.
3. The registration assistance fee is $100 USD per person and is non-refundable.
4. If I successfully purchase a Hajj package through Nusuk and choose to travel with Tarteel Travel’s Hajj group, there is an additional $600 USD per person group support fee.
5. Tarteel Travel does not guarantee package availability, successful verification, or successful package purchase. All package availability, pricing, and final services are determined by Nusuk and its authorized service providers.
6. I am responsible for providing accurate information and documents.
7. If I purchase a package through Nusuk but choose not to join Tarteel Travel’s group, then no $600 group support fee will apply.
8. By submitting this form, I agree to be contacted by Tarteel Travel regarding my Hajj registration and guidance process.

By submitting this form, the Client confirms that they:

• Understand the nature and limitations of Tarteel Travel’s services
• Acknowledge that all Hajj services are provided by third-party Hajj service providers through the Nusuk platform
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions in full
