Subhanallah, if Allah has placed Hajj in your heart as a Muslim living in Poland, that intention is itself a blessing and a sign of His favor upon you. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever performs Hajj for Allah's pleasure and does not have sexual relations with his wife, and does not do evil or sins then he will return (after Hajj free from all sins) as if he were born anew." (Sahih al-Bukhari). Tarteel Travel is here to help you take that first step toward the House of Allah with full support, clarity, and confidence.
Poland's Muslim community has grown significantly in recent decades, with Muslims from a range of backgrounds now calling Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan, and other cities home. Whether your roots are in the Tatar Muslim heritage that has been present in Polish lands for over six centuries, or you are among the newer generation of Muslims who have built their lives in Poland, the call of Hajj belongs to you. The Lipka Tatars, one of Europe's oldest Muslim communities, have long maintained their faith and identity on Polish and Lithuanian soil, and their descendants today hold a proud connection to Islam that finds its fulfillment in the journey to Makkah.
Hajj booking for pilgrims from Poland is handled through Nusuk Hajj, the official platform of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. Poland is among the countries served through Nusuk, and eligible pilgrims must complete their registration, package selection, and purchase through that platform. Tarteel Travel does not sell Hajj packages directly. We provide practical, hands-on assistance to help you navigate Nusuk from start to finish, and we welcome you to join our Hajj group if you choose.
Pilgrims from Poland register and purchase their Hajj packages through Nusuk Hajj, the official Saudi government platform. Nusuk allows eligible pilgrims to create accounts, verify their information, browse package options, and complete booking. Tarteel Travel helps you navigate every stage of this process correctly and efficiently.
The Nusuk platform can be challenging to navigate, particularly when it comes to uploading documents, meeting photo standards, and understanding which package tier is right for your needs. Our team has guided many pilgrims through the platform and is ready to assist you every step of the way.
Our registration assistance is 100 USD per person, non-refundable. This service covers everything from account creation to purchase completion on the Nusuk platform.
After you successfully purchase your Hajj package through Nusuk, you may choose to travel with Tarteel Travel's Hajj group for an additional 600 USD per person. This fee is only charged upon successful package purchase and only if you opt in.
If you complete your Nusuk purchase but prefer to travel independently, our service concludes after the registration and purchase stage. You only pay the 100 USD registration fee and are not obligated to pay the group fee.
Pilgrims from Poland most commonly depart from Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) or Warsaw Modlin Airport (WMI). Those in southern Poland may find it convenient to fly from Krakow John Paul II International Airport (KRK) or Katowice International Airport (KTW). Connecting flights to Jeddah and Madinah are available through hubs such as Istanbul, Doha, and Dubai.
Hajj packages on Nusuk generally range from 9,000 to 15,000 USD, depending on the package category and accommodation tier. Tarteel Travel does not set these prices; they are determined entirely by Nusuk and the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
Nusuk Hajj is the official platform overseen by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, and for pilgrims from Poland, it is the official route to register, view packages, and complete Hajj booking. Tarteel Travel assists with this process but does not sell Hajj packages directly. Package prices, availability, and final Hajj services are determined by Nusuk. The 100 USD registration fee is non-refundable. The 600 USD group support fee applies only if you successfully purchase a package and choose to join our group.
