My experience with Tarteel Travel was truly beyond my expectations. This was my third time performing Umrah, but my first time going with a group, and they set the bar incredibly high.

From the very beginning, they were so accommodating. I joined the trip last minute and was blessed to get the final spot, and subhanAllah, it truly felt like Allah wanted me to be there for this experience.

What made this journey so special wasn’t just the organization (which was top-tier), but the heart behind everything. The knowledge and history shared throughout the trip added so much depth, and beginning our gatherings with Qur’an recitation was something I deeply appreciated—it set such a beautiful and grounding tone every time.

The entire team made us feel like family—truly seen, valued, and cared for. A special thank you to Abdul Majeed, Fouad, Manall, Abeer, Muna, and Omar—you all were amazing, and your efforts did not go unnoticed.

One of the highlights was the additional all-women guided Umrah they arranged. It meant so much to so many of us, and I’m incredibly grateful for that thoughtful touch.

If you’re considering going with a group, don’t think twice—this is the one. I would absolutely travel with Tarteel Travel again, inshaAllah.

For my first time traveling alone as an 18 year old, and my first time doing umrah as well, beginning this trip was definitely anxiety filled at the start and I didn’t know what to expect. My intentions going on this trip were to please Allah and to focus on Ibadah, and Tarteel helped me execute that the best way I possibly could. Everything was there for us as a means for everyone to make the most out of this trip. The hotels, the food, the activities and places we visited were all perfect for what you would want when visiting the Holy Lands of our beloved Prophet (saw). These past couple of days I’ve spent in Mecca and Medina have changed my life more than anything else and it’s all thanks to Tarteel Travel and their team. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and helpful and allowed for everyone to feel comfortable throughout this trip. If you’re looking for a travel group or just an umrah trip in general Tarteel Travel is the one, they won’t disappoint!!!

Honestly there is not enough words to describe the experience and the hospitality. Their level of professionalism and care is incredible. They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Bismiallah! First I wanted to say that I expected nothing less from Tarteel Travel and was not disappointed at all. Given that My school recommended it I knew it was the right agency for me. From the moment I walked outside the airport I felt welcomed, supported and I felt like I was family. Being a young person and going to Umrah by yourself can be challenging but alhamduliallah Tarteel Travel made it very easy, I did not have to second guess anything. Where every Umrah becomes more meaningful.

Alhamdulillah, I’ve been blessed to perform Umrah multiple times with Tarteel Travel, and each journey has been better than the last. This was my fourth Umrah with them, and every time I return, there’s something new to experience and appreciate.

For anyone considering Umrah and wondering whether choosing the right agency really matters, from my experience, it truly makes all the difference. It’s not just about reaching the holy cities, it’s about how meaningful, smooth, and spiritually enriching the journey becomes.

A Truly Unforgettable Umrah Experience
I recently traveled for Umrah with Tarteel Travel for the second time, and it has been an amazing experience. Last year, there was a raffle and I was blessed to win a free Umrah trip, and here I am again. I know some people might worry about whether it’s a scam, but it is absolutely not, and you can easily check their Instagram and Google reviews to see real experiences. They take care of everything, the team is organized, always early, patient, and always ready to help. Their positive energy and kindness truly make the journey special, and by the end, they feel like family. I highly recommend them to anyone, whether it’s your first Umrah or not, for a smooth, safe, and carefree experience.

My mother was scheduled to perform Umrah during Ramadan 2026, a journey that meant so much to our family spiritually and emotionally. Unfortunately, due to the escalating conflict in the Middle East, the trip had to be cancelled for safety reasons. While this was deeply disappointing, we truly appreciate how TARTEEL Travel handled the situation.

From the moment concerns began to rise, TARTEEL Travel remained transparent, responsive, and highly professional. They prioritized the safety and well-being of their clients above everything else, which gave us a lot of peace during an uncertain time. Rather than taking risks or leaving families to figure things out on their own, they made the responsible decision to cancel the trip.

What stood out the most was how smoothly they managed the refund process. They honored their commitment and provided a full refund without unnecessary delays or complications. In situations like this, it’s easy for companies to fall short, but TARTEEL Travel did the opposite, they showed integrity, accountability, and genuine care for their customers.

Although my mother was unable to complete her Umrah this Ramadan, we are grateful that her safety was protected and that we were supported by a company that operates with professionalism and strong values. We would confidently consider traveling with TARTEEL Travel again in the future, in shaa Allah.

Tarteel travel was a 1000/10 experience. You get way more than what you sign up for. It was my first solo trip and i wasn’t sure what to expect but this trip was truly life changing and the tarteel travel team plays a huge role in that. Above all else they’ve shown the best hospitality and made each and every person feel seen and welcome, you truly do feel like family. The hotels were even better in person as well as the ziyaraat. They communicate everything very well with you from before you get there till even after you leave. They were so organized the entire trip was stress free i was able to turn off my brain and focus on my ibadah and enjoying my time in mecca and madinah. The entire staff is so kind and caring, they really get you out of your shell. I could go on for days talking about all the stories i have, the amazing people i met, the things we’ve done. I 100% recommend them and will book with them over and over again

Traveling for umrah with tarteel was genuinely one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. It was my first umrah and first time traveling alone, and on top of that it was also during a middle of an ongoing war. My family was very worried about me going at first but tarteel did such an amazing job at making both me and my family feel at ease. They constantly sent out videos and updates reassuring us that everything was safe and they were always available to answer any questions or concerns which made a huge difference. One of the best parts was how organized everything was, they handled all the flights, transportation, hotels, and sent out a whole itinerary ahead of time so I didn't have to stress about anything and could fully focus on my ibadah. I really appreciated how uch they taught us throughout this trip. Every masjid, mountain, and place we visited came with an explanation and history behind it. It made everything feel so much deeper and more meaningful, instead of just going from place to place without understanding. The staff were beyond amazing and caring. They were kind, welcoming, and I could see that they genuinely cared about everyone in the group. It didn’t feel like traveling with strangers, it felt like being with family. That kind of environment made the whole experience even more unforgettable. This was a trip I truly never wanted to end, and a big reason for that was Tarteel. It was an experience that I couldn’t possibly put into words. I came back home and immediately started looking into their summer umrah packages because I would 100% go with them again.
